This one got me clapping for MTN, I was like “Is this for real?” MTN introduces the MTNSurprise package, where users even up till now are still surprised how they receive 5GB data plan for just N2000 and an additional bonus Airtime of N2560 after recharge. I believe by now you too will be surprised. This is an alternative with lots of value to the MTN 3.75GB for N2000.
N/B: Only customers that use the MTN TrueTalk tariff plan are eligible for the MTNSurprise so before you opt-in for the MTNSurprise package, you’re advised to migrate to MTN Truetalk. Simply dial *400# to migrate to MTN truetalk, then you are good to go.
How to get 5GB data plan + N2560 extra with just N2000?

- Send the text, D2000 to 131 and your data would be activated, and you’ll be rewarded with 5GB data with a free N2560 airtime bonus for calling MTN-MTN lines.
Note this data plan is valid for 30 days, and it’s not limited to just some sim cards, every MTN subscriber is entitled to it as far as you have migrated to true talk. Lastly, this plan works on all internet enabled device, be it smartphones or PC.
Important: The report reaching us says that most MTN lines are being given 2GB data instead of 5GB. Don’t panic, this is in no way a free browsing trick nor cheat, it’s official, so if you happen to fall in that category, simply contact MTN customer care via whatsapp about the issue, so your data would be topped to 5GB.
